Flame
is all about African sisters on line and in navigating the site and reading the
list discussions you will hopefully get a sense of what women are doing across
Africa with ICTs and how they are participating in the Beijing review process.
But the other side of the story is reflected in the links from this map to
all the countries in each region. The reality is that the vast majority of African
women have no access to ICTs and that networking amongst us remains scant.
